Hi – Just wanted to say that I enjoyed the presentation that both of you did a little bit ago. I'm new to SQL the world and have been doing it for about a year now off and on and have now moved into the posrtion full time. Before that I was on our help desk crew. I would like some help with the setup of the Admin Database app if there is any hints, tricks or steps I can follow.
Thank you,
David

Unfortunately I have not gotten the update utility to work for an install, so what I have to do is run the scripts one at a time. to get the proper order to run the scripts open up the “SQLSlayerAdminScripts.xml” file and it lists the order to run the files. You'll need to create your database first.
I have not gotten to this yet, but will let you know if I hit any snags. Just been too busy to install it =)

Hey David, thanks for the comments and interest! I just posted the new release of the admin objects, and we are working on a new release of the utility which should come with documentation.
